The Support Contact should be knowledgeable about how the Maintained Software is being used and about the computer/operating system on which Maintained Software is executed.
  3. Discrepancy means a defect in the distribution media or material difference between the operation of the Maintained Software and the description of the operation of the Maintained Software as provided in current end-user documentation provided for the Maintained Software by (Company Name).
