File Type: Word
Price: $4.99
Summary: A
Grant Deed is a document for the transfer of interest in any real property (real
property is land and anything permanently fixed on the land, such as a house) to
another person or entity. In order to be legal, a Grant Deed must have a
"grantor" (person conveying the property), a "grantee" (person receiving the
property), it must be in writing, be signed by the grantor, and must be
delivered to and accepted by the grantee. This Grant Deed transfers full right
to ownership of the property from the Grantor to the Grantee upon signatures.
