About Us

What is DigitalWorkTools.com?

DigitalWorkTools.com is a digital document exchange that enables professionals, employees, and companies to download digital documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Etc.), referred to as "tools," that facilitate the completion of certain document based business needs, jobs, projects, and reports. For Example, if an employee was charged with the task of completing a 5 year Cash Flow Sensitivity Analysis they could spend numerous hours creating this themselves or they can download it from DigitalWorkTools.com for a small fee and save themselves several hours of work; a time savings that directly results in saving money as well. In addition, each of our tools is embedded with the expertise and knowledge of the professional who created it, which has a tremendous amount of value.

In addition, DigitalWorkTools.com enables professionals, employees, and companies to earn cash from tools they have created and  feel would have value to others. To learn more about submitting your documents for potential inclusion in the website and start earning cash please see the Earn Rewards section of this website.

DigitalWorkTools.com Background

Our founder is a Certified Public Accountant who, over the course of nearly a 10 year career, has created 100's of digital documents. As he began giving these documents to colleagues and business associates he started to realize the value these documents had to others, especially after he became known as the "Document Guy" around the office. Realizing that others must have similar quantities and quality of original documents and having the desire to provide an efficient medium by which to "exchange" and monetize these documents DigitalWorkTools.com was founded in January of 2003.

Customer Satisfaction and Money Back Guarantee

Our customers fall into two groups: Tool Users and Tool Providers (although you can be both!). Tool Users are those paying customers that download tools from the website. Tool Providers are those that submit tools to DigitalWorkTools.com that are included in the website, generating commissions for the Tool Provider with each copy sold. In both cases our goal is 100% complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with tools they have purchased from DigitalWorkTools.com they can send an email to customerservice@DigitalWorkTools.comand receive a 100% refund on the tools that did not meet to their satisfaction.

The email must be sent within 10 days of purchase. Please include the reason that you were not satisfied with your purchase and contact information as we may want to contact you in order to gather further details of your request or refund so that we may improve our service for you and other customers as a result. DigitalWorkTools.com my deny refund request if we determine, at DigitalWorkTools.com's sole discretion, that the customer has abused our money back guarantee policy.
